I offer one-on-one virtual, in-home, and in-person personal training sessions, as well as nutrition counseling, to fit your needs. I have been working with ages 7-91 since 1996, and as I have aged, I have had to adjust and tweak my workouts and meal plans accordingly. Working out as I did in my 20's no longer works for an older body. I know I could still work out the same, but I would never reach my goals of staying healthy and fit as I get older. No equipment needed, just a desire to feel healthy and fit at your stage in life. Proper nutrition and exercise ensure health and wellness at each stage of the human lifecycle.
